OTR Diesel Fuel Additive

Our most advanced broad-spectrum formula.

Superior fuel combustion technology proven to positively affect the combustion fuel-to-air ratio, using less fuel while creating more power.

Treats full range of light to middle distillate diesel fuels.

This 100% Organic formula treats all diesel fuels for OTR to maritime and has the following multi-functional benefits:

Significant fuel savings.

Independent trials demonstrate an average increase in fuel economy of +18% in diesel vehicles.

Increases power & torque.

Improves cetane rating of diesel fuels.

Adds additional lubricity.

Adds additional lubricity for engine components, binding to metals while leaving a protective barrier (increases upper cylinder lubrication and reduces metal-to-metal galling effects). Improves thermodynamic efficiency.

Detergency.

Cleans the combustion chamber, fuel system and removes post-combustion deposits, improving efficiency and the life of equipment. In maritime applications, nearly all merchant vessels are operating at extremely slow rpm, requiring “soot blowing” for maintaining operating efficiency. TFMD-3 provides major benefits in this area.

Anti-Corrosive.

Anti-corrosion properties counter the harmful effects of water in fuel, while adding fuel stability benefits to long-term fuel storage.

Lower maintenance, repair and operating costs.

Lowers maintenance costs by increasing time between service intervals and reducing the expense of replacing fluids, filters, injectors, and other expensive and sensitive engine components. Lowers particulate matter (PM), easing the burden on DPF and other required emissions systems. Reduces piston, rings and piston crown wear. Improves life of turbocharger (gas side), cooler and components exposed to hot gases and carbon deposition induced wear and failure.

Exceptional emissions reduction.

100% organic product (no metals) lowers overall harmful exhaust emissions by more than 35%, and PM by more than 80%. Almost complete elimination of black smoke and soot (including significant reductions in the emissions of unreacted and partially reacted fuel and associated volatile organic compounds).

Return on investment (ROI).

Cost per treatment less than $0.09 per gallon, net savings of $0.51 per gallon based on current fuel prices (https://gasprices.aaa.com/). Considering the average improvement in fuel economy, our formula can deliver an estimated $7 return for every $1 spent on treatment!

Frequently Asked Questions

Ninety-five percent of the vehicles using our additive improve their mileage. Some temporary reductions may occur while the engine computer adjusts the air/fuel ratio. Since our additive is a powerful cleaning agent, mileage and performance will continue to improve as deposits are eliminated from the engine

Total treatment costs should be on the order of pennies per gallon of fuel treated. When you add other positive aspects such as extended engine life, reduced overall maintenance costs and better fuel mileage, the cost of treatment will be substantially reduced and customers realize a net savings in diesel fuel costs and overall maintenance costs.

The octane number of a fuel denotes its ability to resist pre-ignition combustion. Combustion gas temperature has a direct relationship on an engine’s cetane/octane requirement. Our additive reduces combustion gas temperature and reduces the engine’s cetane/octane requirement.

No. The ingredients of our additive is comprised of organic minerals.

Smoke is generally a sign of incomplete combustion of the fuel (unburned hydrocarbons). Our additive causes fuel to burn more completely in diesel engines reducing the amount of unburned hydrocarbons in the exhaust

Short answer: When used as directed, use of our additive will not void any engine manufacturer’s warranty.

The Magnuson-Moss Act. This legislation, among other things, makes it illegal for any manufacturer to void a warranty by restricting common consumer practices such as the application of a fuel additive.

The Magnuson-Moss Act also makes it illegal for an engine manufacturer to advise an equipment buyer that he can use “only” a specific fuel additive. This is defined in the Act as a “tie-in sales provision” and also is in “restraint of trade” and “illegal.”
